You are at three on the grid. The false structure you mistook for identity is coming down, and you are finding presence in the collapse. That is the most real place in the first half of the map. This is the read, the feedback on your show, and the process that carries it through. It's yours now.
Read the placementThe map is ten octaves deep — not a ladder, a spiral, a memory returning to its source. This is where the record puts you, and the markers line up.
"The Oversoul does not drip in softly. It floods. This is not a time of mastery. It is a time of surrender. The initiate is not being punished. They are being reclaimed."
The grid is ten octaves deep, and inside each one, eight sub-octaves. This is the map, and this is the mark: your position at the shadow stage, the move through it, and the dimensional alignment it produces.
No theory. Each one is yours, dated, in your words or your actions.
"I interviewed anyone interesting. It made for a lot of episodes and not much of a show, and if I'm honest, I stopped caring about most of the conversations."
Nobody gets to control me — the 16–17-year-old. I matter — the 8–9-year-old. I couldn't afford it — the 15-year-old. The money test — the loop the other three feed.
The three-hour wait and the anger spiral. The failed charge. Seven in the morning instead of six-thirty. The Vault pull you caught yourself: "probably an excuse to party."
"I feel this in my body, in my chest… more of a release. I feel like I have instructions of a pathway. I feel like I know what I need to do. I feel grounded."
"Who are you when you're not trying to prove, when you're not trying to perform, protect, solve the problem, or be needed? Who is Leo when that happens?"
The map names what blocks the move: trying to regain the old certainty, resisting the surrender. In your specific case, the record points to four.
"I carry everybody and nobody carries you." You wanted to print the triangle on your wall. "I'm very good at doing that" — stepping in and doing the 70% for everybody, so their capacity caps at 30 and you cap at exhausted.
The holder is the belief that being needed is being real.
Coach to 70. Let them climb the 30. "Instead of being the hero, be the coach" — your own line from the call.
"I tend to complicate things in my head and I tend to make it feel more daunting than it actually is. I put off going into that space because it's going to tax me, it's going to take energy from me."
The 16–17-year-old avoids what is emotional. That is the procrastination loop — the Avoider wearing a business hat.
One page. Write the thing down. The work is five minutes; the complication is the loop. Shrink the entry, keep the depth.
The target is real. The hire is real. But when "the man who is about to double his profit" becomes the identity, the target becomes the old certainty the map warns about — and any wobble reads as failure of the self.
Do the hiring in the giving lane: coach the fifteen therapists to 70, let them climb the 30. "Let a 70 be a 70." The number is a measure of the room you hold, not of who you are.
"What would you say is the best way for me to hold myself?" — and the answer was: you're already doing it, when you want somebody to carry you. Receiving without converting it. "I got you… let it just be there without trying to fix, correct, or take it back."
Take it. Shut up and receive. The permission to be held is the permission the 16–17-year-old never got — and it is the one that unlocks the other three.
The document is the strongest thing you have written. Four things to say about it, in coaching voice.
"If I'm honest, I stopped caring about most of the conversations. So I'm changing it." A man at stage three does not say that on camera unless it is true. That sentence is the artifact. Keep the cut hard at the end.
The alignment you asked about is three moves: the heart is the instrument — "your heart is the electromagnetic field… it just takes whatever you give it between your heart and your brain, and then it uses that in order to change the field outside of you." The field is where both languages meet — science describes the field (the Higgs field that brings mass into the world; the field around a coherent heart at sixty), the doctrine describes what the field does with you. And the claim is testable, and the test is the life: "In 3 months, my life will be drastically different" — said at sixty beats a minute, is the operating statement you are running right now, in the same three months as the relaunch.
Act 4 is where the bridge lives — "Where science fits. What can be measured, what can't. Push here." Push the line, don't defend the line. That is what makes it not-a-church, in the exact sense your risk section means.
September 28 to December 18: record ten, publish nothing. That is a voluntary descent into the dark with a fixed return date — and it lands on the same three months as the money timeline. You have just decided, for the second time, to spend ninety days in a hole. The show and the business are the same rite. Say it out loud, then do not let the silence become fear. The silence is the work.
"Do they have a specific claim, and can they defend it for 75 minutes?" A guest with only a philosophy is a loop with good branding. And the danger, named: the relaunch must not be a rescue mission to prove the old channel was worth three years. If January 7 is about being right, the show is back on the mirror lane. If it is about the question, it is on the tone lane. The three closing questions, same order, every episode, are the guardrail.
"When the presence lands in the shadow, the show, the network, and the rite become one architecture. That is the rapid acceleration."
Deida is the map. This is the territory. The word for the return to light is DAWN — and the word is the process, letter by letter.
The law of the whole life is three lanes, one current: the beloved, where the work is presence and dominance; the world, where the work is boundaries and safety; the self, where the work is the rite. Your job is lane two. "Creating boundaries and safety with others is the Dom's work in the world, and it is the same current as the presence and dominance with the beloved, in a different lane." Fifteen therapists you hold the room for is not delegation — it is the practice, in a form you can hold.
You are already inside watch one. The breath, the token, "you can stand in a hurricane without becoming it." The wound becomes the fuel — held, in the body, in the room, in the container.
"This body is mine. The word is in me. I am safe in it." The Sunday ritual with Daniela, with the ask: "Will you trust me in that?" The same container as the room you hold for fifteen therapists — one current, two rooms.
The peak state, the new program written on purpose, in the body, with words. The December cut: ten episodes locked, edited, thumbnails done. The hero does not keep the transformation for himself.
The rite ends at the dawn. The man comes to his own tomb at the dawn, and the stone is gone, and he rises. For you, the tomb is the old show, the rescuer role, the 15-year-old who couldn't afford it. The show relaunch and the rite land on the same date. That is not a coincidence to wave at. That is the rite.
"DAWN is 42. 42 is 6. 6 is the threshold to 7. The word for the return is the word for the process."
Small, daily, and all aimed at the same place: presence under the collapse.
Run D-A-W-N on your morning protocol and report the week: D is the affirmation, A is the 4-2-6, W is one hiring action said out loud, N is one thing that did not exist last week.
This week, hold the room for one therapist: coach to 70, step back, let them climb the 30.
Daily, no solving: "Who is Leo when that happens?" — when you're not trying to prove, perform, protect, or be needed.
